Compare grounded facts
Compare only returned price, attributes, availability, compatibility, or warranty fields — never invented differences.

Check current availability
Ask the connector for current price or availability when supported. The result remains informational, not reserved stock.

Prepare a quote
Use exact catalog item ids, quantities, customer details, and explicit confirmation. The default outcome is pending staff review unless provider submission is enabled.

Capture an order request
Collect product and fulfillment details as a pending request. Do not call it confirmed, paid, reserved, shipped, or accepted by an ERP.

Move payment outside the conversation
When a payment provider and kill switches allow it, create a secure external link. Payment is not completed inside voice or chat.
A catalog the AI can cite, not improvise
Canonical provider item ids, categories, attributes, price, availability, source documents, sync health, review state, and usage limits stay visible to the team.
Quotes stay reviewable
Local quote requests, provider-backed drafts, totals, expiry, status, and staff review are separate from payment and order confirmation.

Odoo Commerce
Configured catalog sync, live checks, and provider-backed draft quote workflows. It is not a universal ERP write path.
No unattended checkout promise
Kelvia does not guarantee stock, delivery, provider acceptance, order confirmation, or payment completion. Side effects require the matching provider, tenant settings, plan access, confirmation gate, and kill-switch state.
