By default, 1 credit = 1 minute of AI call time with Google Gemini Live. Credits are deducted after each call using the real conversation seconds. Unused credits never expire.
By default, Kelvia uses Google Gemini Live, where 1 credit equals 1 minute of conversation. On Business and Enterprise plans, you can activate OpenAI GPT-4o Realtime or ElevenLabs if you need specific characteristics for your brand. These engines consume credits at a different rate because of their higher provider cost: · Google Gemini Live — 1 credit/min (default) · ElevenLabs — 5 credits/min · OpenAI GPT-4o Realtime — 12 credits/min You will see the exact ratio in your control panel before activating any engine, and you can switch between engines at any time. Your plan does not change, only how your credits are consumed by the selected engine.
You get the credit difference immediately. For example, upgrading from Starter (60 credits) to Professional (200 credits) adds 140 credits to your balance. Billing is prorated — you only pay the difference.
